Life, Photography, Random

I’ve got some exciting news!

One of the hardest things I find myself dealing with in regard to my blog is consistency. I’ve been trying to juggle too many topics on this blog and there’s just no way I can keep up with it all. So, I’ve decided to narrow my focus to just one thing – photography. Photography is my passion and I am going to devote all of my creative energy toward building a client base, creating beautiful images, and sharing the knowledge I pick up along the way.

In the coming months I’m going to be working behind the scenes to rebrand and turn this space into a photography website that will launch in April. You’ve probably noticed that I’ve already made some changes to the menu at the top of the page by removing topics that do not relate to photography. My goal is to offer photography services at reasonable prices, but at the same time not undervaluing myself and the time I put into the images I create.

Starting in January I will be adjusting my prices and plan to offer 3 photo session packages. Between now and April I’ll be working on designing a new website, with a new name, that will include galleries to showcase my work, an online store that will allow clients to book a photo session, and a blog that will highlight photo sessions, educational resources related to photography, and more.

In the meantime, I’ll still be posting here – photo sessions, personal photography, maybe some photography how-to’s, and some of the things I’ve learned so far. I may even still write about some life stuff here and there, but told more through photos than words.

I’m so exciting to begin work on this new journey and I hope you’ll all stick with me through these changes because I promise it will be worth it! Be sure to sign up for my newsletter to stay up-to-date with all of the changes.

One more thing….photo sessions are currently $50, but that offer is only good through December 31st, so contact me to schedule a photo session and take advantage of this great deal before it ends!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving, be safe, and enjoy this time with family, friends, and loved ones.
